Cancellation Policy

Community Event Vendor Policy 1. Purpose This policy outlines the rules and expectations for vendors participating in the community event to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-organized experience for all attendees. 2. Eligibility Vendors must submit an application and be approved by the event organizers. All businesses, organizations, and individuals that align with the event's theme and values are welcome to apply. Vendors must provide valid business licenses, permits, and proof of insurance, if applicable. 4. Vendor Space Each vendor will be provided with a designated space. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, and other equipment unless noted other wise. Spaces must be kept clean and free of hazards. Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their areas at the end of the event. 5. Setup and Breakdown Setup begins two hours before the start time of the event. Breakdown must be completed within two hours after the end of the event. Vendors must not dismantle their booths before the official end of the event. 6. Prohibited Items The sale of illegal, offensive, or hazardous items is strictly prohibited. Vendors may not sell items that conflict with the event’s values or safety policies. 7. Conduct Vendors are expected to act professionally and courteously toward attendees, staff, and other vendors. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the event. 8. Cancellations and Refunds Vendors must notify event organizers of cancellations at least [insert number of days] days before the event. Refunds (excluding the registration fee) may be provided at the discretion of the organizers for cancellations made within the required timeframe. 9. Liability The event organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property. Vendors assume all liability for their products and actions during the event. 10. Compliance Vendors must comply with all local laws, regulations, and health codes.
