Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at riseartscenter@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund.

Return Process
- To initiate a return, please email us at riseartscenter@gmail.com with your order details.
- Once your return is approved, ship the item back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
